Bestimmte Personengruppen aus der Ukraine haben ein vorübergehendes Aufenthaltsrecht als Vertriebene in Österreich. Das Bundesamt für Fremdenwesen und Asyl (BFA) stellt Personen, die unter die Zielgruppen der Vertriebenen-Verordnung fallen, einen "Ausweis für Vertriebene" aus. Dafür ist es notwendig, dass Sie sich registrieren lassen:
• Eine erste Registrierung erfolgt durch die Polizei. Das kann bei bestimmten Polizeidienststellen oder in besonderen Aufnahme- oder Registrierungszentren erfolgen. Eine Liste der Erfassungsstellen finden Sie im Link unter diesem Beitrag.
Für Wien ist eine elektronische Terminvereinbarung notwendig. So vereinbaren Sie Ihren Termin:

2. Bei Bundesland wählen Sie bitte "Wien" aus und als Thema "Erfassung Ukraine Vertriebene"
3. Füllen Sie Ihre persönlichen Daten vollständig aus
4. Wählen Sie bitte einen freien Termin aus
5. Sie erhalten per E-Mail eine Terminbestätigung
• Bei der Registrierung werden Ihre Daten sowie die Daten Ihres Reisepasses oder anderer Urkunden aufgenommen. Bei Personen ab 14 Jahren erfolgt eine erkennungsdienstliche Behandlung (Abnahme der Fingerabdrücke usw.). Es gibt ein Formular, das Sie bitte bei der Registrierung ausfüllen und abgeben. • Bitte nehmen Sie zur Registrierung mit (soweit vorhanden):
- Reisepass
- Geburtsurkunde, Heiratsurkunde, andere Personenstandsdokumente
- Sonstige Identitätsdokumente, etwa Personalausweis, Führerschein, Aufenthaltstitel etc.
• Für den Fall, dass aufgrund der Registrierung durch die Polizei dem BFA alle Daten vollständig vorliegen, wird Ihnen ein Ausweis für Vertriebene als Aufenthaltstitel persönlich zugestellt.
Sollten noch Ermittlungsschritte notwendig sein, werden Sie zu einem Gespräch vor die zuständige Stelle des BFA geladen, um die fehlenden Daten zu erheben.

• When you register, your data and the details on your passport or other documents will be recorded. Persons aged 14 and over will undergo an identification process (taking of fingerprints, etc.). There is a form that you are kindly requested to fill in and submit during registration. You can find the link to the form under this post.
• Please take the following with you to registration (if available):
- Passport
- Birth certificate, marriage certificate, other civil status documents
- Other identity documents, e.g. ID card, driving licence, residence permit, etc.
• In the event that all data is completely available to the BFA as a result of the registration by the police, an identity card for displaced persons as a residence permit will be personally delivered to you.
Should any investigative steps still be necessary, you will be invited to an interview before the competent body of the BFA in order to collect any missing data.
